And you **might** hear from them at some point, but often with unresponsive
boilerplate.

However, if your customer does a ***huge*** amount of business with them, they 
will call directly if they want EDI.

Implementing EDI gives them additional, highly automated ways of making
deductions for "violations" from invoices.
