Hello Greg,
Hands down for a company that size or smaller it would be Liaison Technologies' Delta (EDI Mapping/translation) and ECS (e-commerce server communications/data automation, etc.). Really intuitive, easy to use, super flexible and reliable. I had a client ask me the other day: "If you had it to do all over again and could pick ANY EDI package/translator, what would you choose?" I was a little dumbfounded as I have always been bound to the package that my company or client already had. This is for a moderate size retail chain with about 3,000-4,000 transactions total (in & out) a month. So what would YOU recommend? (Ease of mapping, TP management, reporting/query capable, stable/reliable, good support, etc.) Probably platform independent, except no zSeries. Thanks for your input!
