While I wasn't aware that Hobby Lobby isn't doing EDI, I'm still not surprised. 
Looks like it's just another business approach of their choice targeted at 
losing as much business as possible and minimizing their growth. I bet 
everyone's aware of their notion of "thinking of their employees" and having 
their sores closed on Sundays - one of the two days during which most of the 
working people can and prefer doing shopping.
