There are a couple of issues here. You don't call MapTest bp in the
envelope or other bp. MapTest is what's executed via an http call from
within your map during testing. It failed because it requires a translation
object and a test file manually provided via a form. If you need just to
translate then do nothing: X12DeenveloipeUnified.bp (automatically called
by EDIDeenvelope service) will do this for you. You don't have to use a bp
in inbound ST envelope either, unless you need some post-processing.
