I have a prospect for whom a 'managed services" for EDI mapping may be his best option. Currently two partners, immediate requests for two more. Max to plan for = maybe 10 Trades 3 documents with each: 850 PO inbound, 810 invoice and 856 ASN outbound. Volume overall 'moderate' (trying to get numbers) The ERP system (Point.Man) interface files are fairly complex; I can send doc to interested parties. Rather than invest in Translation and Mapping software because prospect has approx ZERO inhouse tech support available, someone to map between the three (850, 810, 856) ERP formats and ANSI X12 as a service is IMO a viable option for this prospect. Two of the "big guys" in this field I cannot recommend due to poor or pedestrian work quality (one of each) so I am looking for some more "names" to check out. Regards,. Michael C.
