It's still your Translation service, but you need to modify its Input
message like this:

<assign to="." from="*"></assign>
<assign to="." from="Status_Rpt('TRANSLATION_REPORT')"></assign>
</input>
This will place your translation report in Process Data (DOM). You then
will use DOMToDoc to copy a value of /TRANSLATION_REPORT node (or its
child) to the Primary Document:
<assign to="PrimaryDocument"
from="DOMToDoc(TRANSLATION_REPORT/text())"></assign>
At which point you can now do anything you want: extract/email/etc.
