I extract the pertinent information to text and automate an email with the
content to the appropriate dept. Finance for the 812. The 824's are usually
love notes about something we did wrong so it depends on the sender who I copy
on those.
This is when those code list lookup rules come in handy. Rather than pretend I
can anticipate every qualifier a partner could send I just formulate the email
with the data and append the standard description of the qualifier from the
lookup
