We have a customer who specifies a Van (GXS) and ***NO*** interconnects. >What's next? Demanding you use FedEx when you use UPS? A charmed life, methinks. We have customers who won’t let the “wrong” small parcel service near their delivery dock. One can understand this if they are paying the freight, but my **favorites** are the ones who issue a chargeback for the “wrong” one when **we** are paying the freight anyway. Jim Guthrie
