UefiCpuPkg/PiSmmCpuDxeSmm: Fix extraneous parentheses
Without this change, when building OvmfPkg with -D SMM_REQUIRE using
the XCODE5 toolchain we get:
error: equality comparison with extraneous parentheses
which stops the build.
