CryptoPkg: Update openssl submodule to 3.4.1
FIX: https://github.com/tianocore/edk2/issues/10664
CVE-2024-13176 affects ECDSA Sign of NIST P-521 implementation of
EDK2. Fix it by updating openssl to 3.4.1.
