ArmPkg: Add HobLib to ArmStandaloneMmCoreEntryPoint.
ArmStandaloneMmCoreEntryPoint makes use of GetNextHob
which comes from HobLib. The inf does not specify
HobLib has one of its library classes. Specify
HobLib in the LibraryClasses section of the
inf.
