PrmPkg: Add ACPI Parameter Data Buffer Signature
In PRM spec 1.0 section 4.2.2 ACPI Parameter Buffer defines
the signature of ACPI Parameter Data Buffer is 'PRMP'.
This commit adds the signature of ACPI Parameter Data Buffer.
