MdeModulePkg: Variable cumulative codeql issues.
Running Codeql on MdeModulePkg/Universal/Variable drivers results
in codeql errors stemming for the following two checks.
- cpp/comparison-with-wider-type
- cpp/overflow-buffer
- cpp/missing-null-test
