OvmfPkg/RisvVVirt: Add missing Tcg2ConfigPei and Tcg2Pei modules in FV
Resolve an issue where the TPM2 device failed to be detected because the
Tcg2ConfigPei and Tcg2Pei modules were not included in the firmware volume.
