MdeModulePkg/AcpiTableDxe:Created EfiACPIReclaimMemory for ACPIHOB RSDP
The RSDP table come from ACPI HOB which may no store in the
EfiACPIReclaimMemory-type memory. Therefore need to reserve an
EfiACPIReclaimMemory-type memory for it.
