Delete PiSmmCommunicationAcpiTable.h and delete SMM Communication ACPI
Table definition in UefiAcpiDataTable.h.
As EFI_SMM_COMMUNICATE_HEADER is defined in both PI spec vol 4
and UEFI spec, move its definition to SmmCommunication.h.
