This would be a bit heavy-handed however, as S3Resume2Pei works fine
with X64 PEI, but only without SMM.

There are four cases:

          SMM:used  SMM:unused
PEI:IA32  works     works
PEI:X64   fails     works

Only the X64+SMM case fails.
