I'd be happy to iterate multiple times during that freeze, if necessary (so v3 wouldn't have to be the final version even); what matters is that the reviews should converge. Thus, considering actions on my end regarding the v2 posting, I'll delay reviewing v2 (or v3 if you post v3 meanwhile) until April 2.
