These describe two different ways that the HII forms browser can access
non-volatile storage for a question value. For "varstore", the browser will use
the Config Access protocol. For "efivarstore" the browser will write to an EFI
variable directly.

Subject: [edk2] varstore vs efivarstore

Can anyone explain the difference between VarStore and EfiVarStore.
These are variables that are used in HII forms.

What's the difference in how they work? In which cases should each one be used?
Does memory for them need to be allocated by the user? Or is it allocated by
the UEFI system?
