Hi,
I am trying to install Linux on NVMe storage connected to QEMU+UEFI OVMF
platform without success.
Case 1# LiveCD NVMe Driver is used
ubuntu 12.10 installer is crashing while configuring boot loader when
LiveCD NVMe Driver is used to NVMe storage connected to QEMU+UEFI OVMF
platform.
Case 2#From EFI shell loaded my NVMe Driver and then started ubuntu 12.10
installation
Installation of fedora18/ubuntu-12.10 on NVMe storage connected to QEMU+UEFI
OVMF platform fails due to
reset of the NVMe controller. ( I am getting "Resetting the NVME device to
idle state" message on the the Terminal from where I have started
installation).
Any suggestions are welcomed.
Also I couldn't find good document on how to do that. If any one has,
please share it.
