PcAtChipsetPkg: RTC: Modification of "read only" bit VRT considered harmful.
Modification of "read only" bit VRT in register D considered harmful. Peculiar RTC implementations have VRT bit writable. Writing 0 to VRT bit produce a bunch of hardware events. Some chips are slow enough and failure the check for validity. ASSERT triggered. Attached patch tries to fix the problem.
