We had a platform that did not have its RTC driver implemented. So
gRT->GetTime was always returning an error. That makes the FAT driver not
working correctly.

Please find this patch that makes FatGetCurrentFatTime() always return a
valid time.
Without this patch if gRT->GetTime fails to return the time then some
operations on the filesystem could fail.
