Hi everyone It's a simple question. Is there a way to detect if a ata storage device still accept CHS commands ?
I'm asking this because we're having some issues with a device that seems to interpret the ATA comands as CHS when the bios is set to EHCI mode. The command works correctly when the bios is set to IDE mode, but fails with EHCI mode. Any idea about this scenario ? Thanks and Regards. Rafael R. Machado
