Sergey,

What version of clang are you using? Can you try a newer version?

This is a diagnostic error in clang that has been fixed. The macro ensures the 
promotion to ‘int’ so it should not warn. 

You can change UINT16 in VA_ARG() to UINTN as a temp work around.
