SCT repository is a UEFI member only repository (any UEFI member can request to 
get access - you only need to send an email to [email protected]).
Work on this repository cannot be made public (current UEFI Forum restriction). 
So patches cannot be advertised on public mailing-list and I could not 'cc' the 
EDK2 mailing-list.

I can take an action to let the EDK2 mailing-list know when the situation will 
be resolved (ie: when Intel will be happy with the patchset and will have 
merged it).
