Yes you are right. I had to install libXext-devel and also sudo yum install 
libX11-devel
(I am using Fedora). Now build.sh succeeds. Thanks !

for ubuntu it might be the libx11-devpackage.  For the exact package name, you 
can generally search forthe tail end of the error message: X11/Xlib.h: No such 
file or directoryand usually get the package names.
