James - controls won't be in HWE (switch labels so that "cases" are
now called "controls"), unless Pr(Case) -> 0.

Example: let Pr(A)+Pr(a)=1 and Pr(case | "Aa")=1. Then all controls
are "AA" and "aa" and so are not in HWE. This implies looking for the
difference in HW disequilibrium between cases and controls, instead of
assuming that controls are in equilibrium.
