I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but won't SPSS do
auto- and cross-lagged correlations? There are also some econometric
programs that will handle this kind of problem. I think there's one
called "econometrics tool kit," but I'd have to check to be sure I have
the right title for the program.
I'll be interested to see what answers others give...
