Scott,

you might look the book: 

Philip I. Good (1999) 
Resampling Methods: A practical guide to data analysis,
Boston: Birkhauser.

there is a web site you can look at,

http://users.oco.net/drphilgood that has descriptions of the book and some
errata (I have found others).  In general, I have found it useful, readable,
and the content seems compatible with your interests.
