Is there a reason for not plotting (mean y) vs. (mean x) for each bin,
using a standard scatterplot routine?
 That seems to be more or less what you want to do -- the part of a bar
that extends to the X axis (or Y axis, as the case may be) in a bar graph
is not informative, and if you need it for looks you can edit it in
after, or draw it in by hand.
        I am not familiar with Statistica, but can do this with Minitab
easily enough, using CODE to define the bins and TABLE to produce the
desired means.
