I think this may be of interest to others too. ("E-mail only" 
deprives other interested persons of the answers, and can cause 
people with answers to waste time writing duplicate answers.)

Have you tried http://www.bookfinder.com ? I use it as my first 
choice for searching out-of-print books. Prices are almost always a 
fraction of Amazon's used-book prices, and bookfinder is a network 
of independent booksellers, which I love to support.

Bibliofind (similar name) seems to be part of Amazon.com now.
