Gen random numbers from distribution
I need to generate random numbers from a Beta and a Gamma distribution. In
both cases the mean and standard deviation are known.
I do not have a statistics package but intend to write a program to accomplish
this and perform necessary calculations.
Is this possible using the density functions for these distributions?
