The probability of *reading* the Z-value in those ranges
would presumably be 1 or 0 depending on what you're
reading.

This isn't a stats problem. It's a homework problem
in looking up normal probability tables. Please identify
for us which part of looking up those numbers in your
table (or maybe in subtraction) you're having trouble
with.
