Thanks a lot for your comments. I wrote my own MATLAB code to do this.
The way I did this is to write a math code that converts the x1, x2 x3
with the constraint x1+x2+x3=1, to 2-D z1 and z2. Then plotted z1 and
z2 on X-Y coordinate, got rid of the axis in matlab and embossed a
pseudo plane in the shape of on equilateral triangle. It looks great.
