There are many dozens at least, all better than the chi-square.

However, the big question is, why would you want to do a hypothesis
test of normality? It's almost always not telling you what you need to
know, which is usually more related to "how much effect does the
degree of non-normality in my data have on my conclusions?".
Hypothesis tests are a terrible way to answer that sort of question.
