I know that Pochhammer symbol is (x)_n and it is equal to
x*(x+1)*(x+2)...(x+n-1).
When all x's are different, I have x_0*(x_1+1)*(x_2+2)...(x_n+n) for
(n+1) factors or x_0*(x_1+1)*(x_2+2)...(x_(n-1)+(n-1)) for n factors.
If you know the expansion of x_0*(x_1+1)*(x_2+2)...(x_n+n), please let
me know.

John
