Does anyone know of a good text showing how the Erlang and its variants
(Erlang B, Erlang C, extended Erlang) are derived? It has been a long time
since I worked with stochastic processes so it shouldn't have too many
phrases that start off "clearly...", "it can be shown...", or "it is left
to the reader to...".
