It's OK to run the test.  The issue is generalizability.  How applicable are your 
results to the rest of the cell phone dialing world?  If you don't need to generalize, 
then you're OK.  If you're hoping to say this is a better method than method Y in some 
future research, you're OK.  But if you're hoping to say this method is the "best" 
method in some future research, then you need additional subjects in your current data.

condition is significantly fastest FOR ME?
