It's not clear what you're asking, nor in what context. If you are accustomed to performing ANOVA with, say SPSS or MINITAB or SAS, you can generally perform MANOVA much the same way, invoking "MANOVA" instead of "ANOVA". Consult your manual, or the help system.
If you're accustomed to performing ANOVA "by hand" -- that is, with paper & pencil and your calculator -- you really don't want to do MANOVA similarly. Not impossible, but the arithmetic gets VERY tedious, compared to ANOVA. Better to use a standard MANOVA routine. If you insist on trying to do it "by hand", consult a textbook on multivariate analysis, such as Tatsuoka.
