I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on statistical measurements
to determine a "reasonable" number of clusters based on a cluster
analysis.

For example, if I have 45 genes, and I'm trying to determine which
genes are expressed more similar to others, how many different
"groupings" of genes should I expect.

Thanks!
