Please tell us a bit more.  It seems that your variables are continuous.
What is a case (row) in your data? How do you select them? by stratified 
sampling?
For each case what variables (columns)  are you measuring?
What are the reasonable kinds of values each can take?
If you have values like .06 why do you consider them nominal level?
Is .12 twice as much as .06?

How many variables are involved in your analysis?
