I want to estimate the Population Attributable Fractions of High Blood Pressure with obesity. I did this 1st I conducted a logistic regression Suppose that I want to estimate the PAF of high blood pressure (hta) with obesity (in 3 categories: normal overweight and obese). I typed >xi:logistic hta i.obese and then typed >aflogit, to get the estimates For age adjusted estimate, is it a good practice to type (if we assume that the variable agegroup contains the age groups) >xi:logistic hta i.agegroup i.obese and then type >aflogit, to get the estimate of the 2 categories of obesity.
