This is not an ordinary crosstab it is a multiple response crosstab.

You would not be able to cluster respondents using this data.

You have profiles of 7 cases.   it would be unsual to bother clustering 
7 cases.

If you treated the numbers as scores to do a hierarchical analysis of 
the 7 cases you could also just draw the 7 profile graphs (parallel 
coorinate graphs) and examine them as if they were the results of a 
k-means analysis.
