The 2004 International SEMATECH Statistical Methods Symposium will be held as a track in the first annual ISMI Symposium on Manufacturing Excellence. The conference will be held in Austin, Texas, on October 26-27.
Abstracts are solicited for papers on topics applicable to the semiconductor industry and related to the development of better statistical methods for industrial quality, reliability, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. The scope includes applied statistical research, industrial statistical training, and case studies that illustrate the successful application of current statistical methods.
