.

For the queueing system M/M/c/(c+K), where
the first 'M': the Possion arrival process the second 'M': the exponential
service time 'c': the number of servers 'K': the finite buffer. Hence the
total capacity is c+K.
I need to know the departure process of this system.

1. How to model the departure process? Poisson or IPP or MMPP or other
process? 2. If the system becomes MMPP/M/c/(c+K) where MMPP represents the
arrival process. Then, how to model the departure process?
3. If the service time follows the general assumption and system becomes
MMPP/G/c/(c+K). Then, how to model the departure process?
any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
