Hi, my name is Sam Ng and I come from a beautiful tropical country (like Brazil) called Malaysia. I am studying in the Multimedia University in Cyberjaya.
I would like to ask what kind of support can we get from Sun other than that of the online support and material? In our university, we do have courses offered under the Sun Academic Initiative (SAI) ( http://fit.mmu.edu.my/sai ) . Apart from that, there is a Sun Development Center of some sorts in the Incubator area under the Technopreneur Development Centre ( http://www.mmu.edu.my/~cctd/ ) . I have an interest to set up a OpenSolaris or Solaris support group here as part of our Open Source group here in our Uni. Thus, would like to know more, such as the availability of the Campus Evangelist Program here in my country. Looking forward to hear a reply from someone who knows the answers. I apologise if I have hijacked anyones post. I also ran through the open solaris site briefly so I might have overlooked whats available on the site.
