Teresa, EDUCAUSE and the WERC are high level, non-technical people for the most part.
SC05 is very technical, as are our conferences. The user meeting is the HPC Consortium, and these are our science & technical computing customers using Sun hardware, Solaris, Linux, Studio, MPI, as well as lots of other stuff.
