Since you are using Focal, targeted "confirmed" to Focal as was the previous status before the apport information was discovered as missing. However, I don't know if the bug exists in either Impish or Jammy, so leaving as "new" there. As far as Hirsute, since it's EOL in just under 3 months, marking as "Won't Fix".
Additionally, this is a package that is sync'd without changes from Debian, so it would be nice if you could report this upstream. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debian/Bugs provides the instructions on how to do that.
