I am confused about the existence of a Live CD for edubuntu.

It says on the edubuntu website at https://wiki.edubuntu.org/EdubuntuFAQ that "Edubuntu is also only available as an install. For a live CD, try Ubuntu.com."

But edubuntu-live 0.32 is provided at http://packages.ubuntu.com/breezy/base/edubuntu-live with the warning that "

This package depends on all of the packages in the edubuntu server and desktop system
It is not generally useful to install this package in other environments.

Can someone explain what this all means?  Is there a or is a there not a live edubuntu CD that I can use to preview edubuntu on my Pentium II laptop?
