Ace, I can understand your putting in a lot of effort, and then being disappointed. It's easy to get discouraged. I have a new job as of last week, or I would have been more timely with following up on stuff. Please realize that everyone has different priorities... all we can do is try. Would you please try giving it a little more time ? I think you do real well at organization and it's not easy to get together with people, especially when everyone is all over the world. Remember that Europe is 7/8 hours ahead of us.
Just think positive and everything will be allright! take care, Daniel Villarreal http://youcanlinux.com/ On Mon, Sep 21, 2009 at 7:29 AM, Ace Suares <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi > I have had no reactions to my mail about WikiSite, which I wrote on > request of laserjock since he had concerns. > > Currently my work on the wiki is on hold, which is frustrating at least. > > Since no one else reacted (in depth) on any issues regarding the wiki, > and only lasrerjock has clearly voiced concerns, I am not sure if I want > to keep working with Edubuntu as it seems the internal structure and > democracy is at least flaky. > > I don't really want to be another one who leaves a half-complete wiki > cleanup, but at least I can say I tried to discuss everything properly, > and it's not by lack of will or interest on my side that I would be > leaving to pursue other kinds of happiness. > > Cheers, > > Ace > > > -- > edubuntu-devel mailing list > [email protected] > Modify settings or unsubscribe at: > https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/edubuntu-devel >
